Awesome experience there. Everything was good in this comfortable hotel. Clean rooms with enough clean towels to use and the bedroom, as example. A huge variety of goodies for breakfast. The location favourable and marvellous in center of Sharjah. Also - very close to mega mall, grocery stores, bistros, LuLu hyper market, and grocery stores.

The hotel is conveniently situated near many Indian/Pakistani restaurants, a mega mall, grocery stores, and bistros. It is great that the hotel is located at a moderate distance from Bombay Food Factory, which offers takeout food options.

The Hotel is good , but i did find the rooms two small compare to other hotels , in addition it was too noisy , i.e. you can hear other hotel rooms residence(customers) talking , discussing and if they have kids then it is much wors and the same will be for you any discussion inside the room can be heared by others. but as a hotel appartements the place and services are good, thanks to the hotel management Sultan Alkindi From Oman

The check-in process was quick and it is nearby Awihdah Road, so good place to do the shopping if your are looking for shops.Nearby mosque

The hotel front desk team is not hospitable and they are lack the smile on the customers. The furniture is really old and smelly. I had a problem first day that my door card is not functioning so each time i come from outside i have to wait in front of the apartment waiting for the receptionist to bring the master key to open the door. Waiting for long time. I reported the concerns to the management but no commitment to solve the problem…. It is good for those who do not look for standard and value for money. The car park is outside and full of dust and garbage. Could not get extra mattress…. Run out The attendant in the swimming pool is sitting a sleep on the chair instead of ensuring safety of kids.

This hotel is a gem! The staff were incredibly polite and friendly, especially the front desk team. They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. The rooms were spacious and tastefully decorated, with enough clean towels for us to use. The location of the hotel was also perfect, with plenty of shops nearby. We found everything we needed at the Mega mall, which was right around the corner. Plus, the breakfast offered at the hotel was delicious and had a great variety of options.

We did notice one small area for improvement during our stay. The Wi-Fi inside the rooms was not very reliable and could be difficult to reach.

It was one the best Hotels I visit in UAE the room had ac problem so the gave as another room that was a good thing because we cat sleep with out the ac. The had great breakfast .

The rooms were small and the that they gave me first room had no seperet kitchen then after ac problem they gave me another room that had seperet kitchen. The swimming pool water was cold very much and the gym was not probably properly prepare the .

The hotel has good location close to government offices, shopping centers. I found the day duty manager is very helpful and supportive.

I stayed in a room that was full of roaches, I complained to the duty manager who changed it to a better one. The furniture of the room and bath room is low standard.

This hotel offers a competitive price and is conveniently located within a 10-minute walk of a mall. the breakfast is good and the staff is helpful and polite. there is a parking facility available.

There are some maintenance issues with the rusty kettle and jittery plumbing.
